The batteries we received do not specifically show the Panasonic name or logo. However, we tested and charged them on a Xtar VP4 Premium Battery Charger, which returned a clean complete charge, after approximately four hours. Subsequently, we loaded the batteries on a ThruNite TN42 high power torch. So far all is well, let's see how they perform after a period of time.
