Our 24V 50Ah Lithium Battery is a drop-in replacement for 2 x 12V 100Ah lead acid batteries in a 24V system. It has a usable capacity of 1.35kWh and an integrated battery management system (BMS) that protects the battery and ensures it’s long lifespan.
The usable capacity of 1.28kWh is the same as the usable capacity of 2 x 12v 100Ah lead acid batteries, since lead acid batteries should only be drained to 50%, where lithium can be drained to 100% of rated capacity.
The battery is made of ultra safe lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells sealed in a durable plastic enclosure making it water and dust resistant (IP55). The unit can also be mounted in any position. The battery has a minimum lifespan of 2000 cycles, warrantied for 2 years, with a design life of 5 – 10 years @ 0.2C charging or discharging.
